In this routine, you’ll work on a series of squats, planks, quick feet, squats with side crunches, burpees, and so much more! Don't fret if it’s a little too intense: White offers plenty of advancements and modifications throughout this routine. In just 10 minutes, you’ll complete the hardest HIIT workout yet. All you need is a mat and water bottle to get started!
