10-Minute Hardest HIIT Lower-Body Workout With Bands
Join Supernatural coach Raneir Pollard for a 10-minute lower-body HIIT workout, joined by class members Leilani Terris and Poofy Moffitino. This routine is a quick one, so you’ll start with a super-short warmup before you get into working on squat jumps, lateral squats, skaters, and so much more. Feel free to add a hip band to many of these moves for an added challenge, otherwise you'll still feel the booty burn if you're going bodyweight only. In just 10 minutes, you’ll be dripping in sweat and feel accomplished!
