전상근이 참여한 MBC 금토드라마 [옷소매 붉은 끝동] 여섯 번째 OST ‘내가 한 걸음 뒤로 갈게’는 감미롭고 파워풀한 전상근 목소리와 풍성한 스트링, 기타 사운드가 조화로운 발라드 곡이다.
‘내가 한 걸음 뒤로 갈게 그만큼 너도 멀어져 가면’의 후렴구는 덕임(이세영 분)과 이산(이준호 분)의 애틋한 마음과 애절함을 가사로 담아냈다.
