웰메이드 범죄 스릴러의 진수를 유감없이 보여주고 있는 쿠팡플레이 시리즈 ‘미끼’의 첫 번째 OST가 발매된다.

싱어송라이터 어바웃 (ABOUT)의 팀 프로듀싱을 통해 완성된 ‘Unstoppable’은 오리지널 밴드 사운드 기반의 얼터너티브 록 장르 곡으로 ‘혼란 속에서 질서를 찾아내고자 하는 욕망‘, ‘목적을 위해서라면 핏속에도 뛰어들 수 있는 맹목적 열망‘과 같은 내러티브를 담은 가사가 인물들 간의 첨예한 대립 구도와 잘 어우러져 극 중 몰입도를 한층 더 끌어올린다.

싱어송라이터 어바웃 (ABOUT)은 내러티브가 돋보이는 특유의 작사 스타일과 감각적인 탑라인으로 음악에 담긴 감정을 극대화하며, 밴드와 프로듀서를 오가는 자신만의 작업 프로세스를 통해 하나의 장르에 구속되지 않고 다양한 형태의 앨범을 발매하며 활발한 활동을 이어가고 있는 아티스트이다.

‘미끼’는 유사 이래 최대 사기 사건의 범인이 사망한 지 8년 후, 그가 살인 사건의 용의자로 지목되면서 이를 둘러싼 비밀을 추적하는 범죄 스릴러로, 현재 시점에서 벌어지는 의문의 살인 사건과 과거 대한민국을 뒤흔들었던 사기 사건 사이를 오가는 독특한 구성과 탄탄한 스토리, 예측 불허의 충격적 전개와 반전, 그리고 주조연 배우들의 빈틈없는 열연으로 완성되어 2023년 쿠팡플레이의 야심작으로 기대를 모으는 작품이다.

‘미끼’는 1월 27일(금)부터 매주 2회씩 공개되며, 총 6개 회차로 구성된 파트 1을 먼저 선보인다. 파트 2는 2023년 상반기 중 공개될 예정이다.
