Wang Xiyu wins her maiden WTA title on home soil 🏆 Her BEST points from Guangzhou!

2018 US Open girls' champion Wang Xiyu dropped just two games to Magda Linette in the Galaxy Holding Group Guangzhou Open final to become the fourth Chinese champion at the event!

The 22-year-old is the fifth player to win a title on home soil this season, having gotten past Nadia Podoroska, Diana Shnaider, Viktoria Hruncakova and Greet Minnen en route to the final.
