Robert Kubica & Zhou Guanyu drive the F1 Alfa Romeo C42 during the Pirelli Tests at Imola Circuit

I enjoyed seeing the drivers Robert Kubica & Zhou Guanyu driving the Alfa Romeo F1 C42 Team ORLEN in action. We are on the Imola circuit, where two days of testing by Pirelli took place to continue tire development for the 2023 Formula One season. The Polish driver, the third official driver, and the young Chinese Zhou Guanyu drove the car alternating and completing dozens and dozens of laps on the track that just two days earlier saw the fourth round of the world championship take place. The Alfa Romeo C42, the car of the 2022 season, is powered by the Ferrari 066/7 1.6-liter V6 Turbo hybrid engine coupled to the longitudinal 8-speed + reverse gearbox with semi-automatic control. Ho avuto il piacere di vedere in azione i piloti Robert Kubica & Zhou Guanyu alla guida dell'Alfa Romeo F1 C42 Team ORLEN. Ci troviamo sul circuito di Imola dove si sono svolte due giornate di test da parte di Pirelli per continuare lo sviluppo dei pneumatici per la stagione 2023 di Formula Uno. Il pilota polacco, terza guida ufficiale ed il giovane cinese Zhou Guanyu hanno condotto la vettura alternandosi e compiendo decine e decine di giri sulla pista che solo due giorni prima ha visto disputarsi la quarta tappa del campionato del mondo. L'Alfa Romeo C42, vettura impiegata nella della stagione 2022, è spinta dal motore ibrido Ferrari 066/7 V6 Turbo da 1,6 litri abbinato al cambio longitudinale a 8 rapporti + retromarcia a comando semiautomatico.
