1966년 Batman TV 시리즈에서 영감을 얻어 출발한 프로젝트 ‘Cats like Rats like Cheese’.
요즘에는 느낄 수 없는 1966년 TV 시리즈 특유의 분위기와 색채, 감정들을 통해
먹이사슬 안에서 서로서로 쫓고, 물고 뜯는 상황.
그리고 악당을 쫓아간 뒤 처단했을 때의 시원한 쾌감 혹은 속에 감춰진 감정을 표출했을 때 시원한 쾌감을 표현하고 싶었던 ‘The Plastic Girl’.

‘Cats like Rats like Cheese’ 프로젝트부터 ‘The Plastic Girl’ 은 이전의 이미지와 방향에서
벗어나, 모든 느끼는 감정들의 표현에 방향을 맞추었다.

그리고 이번 프로젝트를 통해 ‘The Plastic Girl’ 은
‘그저 뺨을 500대 정도 맞고 난 뒤의 얼얼함과 혹은 500대 정도 때린 뒤의 통쾌함’
그것만 표현하고 싶었다고 한다.
