한국대중음악상 최우수 록 음반에 빛나는 ABTB가 4년만에 발표하는 새 앨범. 그 두 번째 노래 “a-void”

void: (명사) (커다란) 빈 공간, 공동, 동허감, ~이 하나도 없는

2020년 5월 1일 두 번째 앨범 『daydream』을 발표하는 ABTB의 “무리수”에 이은 두 번째 싱글 “a-void”. 혼잡한 도심을 가득 메운 인파가 무엇인가를 피해(avoid) 사라지고 홀로 텅 빈(void) 거리에 남은 공허한 마음을 노래한다.

ABTB는 “a-void” 공개 직후인 2020년 4월 4일에 온라인 쇼케이스를 진행하며, 4월 29일에 앨범 감상회를 열고, 5월 1일에 정규 2집 『daydream』을 발표한다.
