How Formula Cars Should SOUND! 🔊 Boss GP Racing Series, Misano Circuit, July 2023 - Warm-Up & Action

This is the sound Formula cars should have! There's no way to call me nostalgic, but when even a "minor" formula like the Boss GP is far more spectacular and engaging than the current F1, something has gone wrong in the recent path motorsport has taken. The Boss GP Racing Series is an excellent European championship that allows owners of modern but not very recent F1, F3000 and GP2 cars to return to racing on the track. I have just returned from the Misano Adriatico circuit, where I followed the fourth stage of the season. Almost exclusively GP2 cars were present, mainly Dallaras of different years powered by the 4.0-litre naturally aspirated Mecachrome v8 engine. Also noteworthy are the Tatuus World Series with a 3.5-litre Renault V8 engine and a Lola F3000. I appreciate the Boss GP, which I find highly spectacular. The cars around the track are high-speed, so the races are fascinating. Equally stunning is being able to access the pits to start up the single-seaters and follow the warm-up of the engines with the fabulous naturally aspirated V8s. The video combines some of the best moments of the long race weekend, filming the free practice and qualifying sessions on the track. Enjoy! 😉

Questo è il suono che dovrebbero avere le vetture Formula! Non c'è niente da fare, chiamatemi nostalgico, ma quando anche una formula "minore" come la Boss GP è altamente più spettacolare e coinvolgente dell'attuale F1, allora qualcosa è andato storto nel recente percorso che il motorsport ha intrapreso. La Boss GP Racing Series è un campionato Europeo molto bello che permette ai proprietari di moderne ma non recentissime vetture di F1, F3000 e GP2 di tornare a gareggiare in pista. Sono appena rientrato dal circuito di Misano Adriatico dove ho seguito la quarta tappa di stagione. Erano presenti quasi esclusivamente vetture GP2, prevalentemente Dallara di differenti anni mosse dal motore Mecachrome v8 aspirato da 4.0-Litri di cilindrata. Da segnalare anche le Tatuus World Series con motore Renault V8 da 3.5-Litri ed una Lola F3000. Personalmente apprezzo molto la Boss GP che trovo altamente spettacolare. Le monoposto che girano in pista sono estremamente veloci per cui le gare sono interessanti da vedere. Altrettanto spettacolare è poter accedere ai box per l'accensione delle monoposto e seguire il warm-up dei motori con i favolusi V8 aspirati. Il video che vedete raggruppa alcuni dei momenti migliori del lungo weekend di gara, filmando in pista anche le prove libere e le qualifiche. Buona visione! 😉
