A behind-the-scenes look as Pompey's first team squad report back for pre-season training.

Head coach John Mousinho greeted the first group before they were put through a number of gym tests by the medical and sports science team.

They then headed out to the grass for long-distance runs and possession drills with the coaching staff before the second group arrived and were put through their paces.
