This is the Dream Team of Men's VNL 2023: Best Libero: Paweł Zatorski (born 21 June 1990) is a Polish professional volleyball player who plays as a libero for Asseco Resovia and the Poland national team. He took part in 2 Olympic Games (Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020), and is a two–time World Champion (2014, 2018) and the 2021 Champions League winner with ZAKSA.

Smith was a bronze medalist at the Olympic Games Rio 2016 and the 2018 World Championship; the 2015 World Cup winner and a three–time Champions League winner (2021, 2022, 2023) with ZAKSA.

Jakub Kochanowski (born 17 July 1997) is a Polish professional volleyball player who plays as a middle blocker for Asseco Resovia and the Poland national team. Kochanowski was a participant in the 2020 Summer Olympics and is the 2018 World Champion and the 2021 Champions League winner with ZAKSA.

Best Outside Hitters: Aleksander Śliwka (Poland) and Yuki Ishikawa (Japan)
Aleksander Śliwka (born 24 May 1995) is a Polish professional volleyball player who plays as an outside hitter for ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle and the Poland national team. He took part in the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020; the 2018 World Champion, and a three–time Champions League winner (2021, 2022, 2023) with ZAKSA.

Yūki Ishikawa (石川祐希, Ishikawa Yūki, born 11 December 1995) is a Japanese male professional volleyball player from Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture.

Ishikawa is the first volleyball player to have a wax figure in Japan. Currently, his wax figure is displayed at Madame Tussauds Tokyo.

Best Opposite: Łukasz Kaczmarek (Poland)
Łukasz Kaczmarek (born 29 June 1994) is a Polish professional volleyball player who plays as an opposite spiker for ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle an the Poland national team. Kaczmarek took part in the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 and was a silver medallist at the 2022 World Championship. He is a three–time Champions League winner (2021, 2022, 2023) with ZAKSA.

Best Setter: Micah Christenson (USA)
Micah Makanamaikalani Christenson (born May 8, 1993) is an American professional volleyball player who plays as a setter for Zenit Kazan and the U.S. national team. He was a bronze medalist at the Olympic Games Rio 2016 and the 2018 World Championship; the 2014 World League and the 2015 World Cup winner.
