Hey guys!
Welcome back to my channel! This week, we are doing a cardio workout to help burn fat and get the heart rate up. These are my favourite kind of cardio routines, so I hope you enjoy.
In just a 10 minute workout, I've included a mix of resistance exercises and cardio, which helps to burn fat. Let me know in the comments below what you think.
