The first album of the blues band, ‘MBS’ (Mind, Body & Soul)
The blues has deep roots in most of pop music we listen to today. It has greatly influenced many of us in many ways into pop, jazz, blues itself, and more.
We focused more on music to put what we want to talk about in each song. Entire songs were recorded in single takes to put more sort of organic and raw feeling as we played instruments on the stage, and less technical elements.
This album is about us taking the first step to our long journey. You can listen how our passion, soul, and stories turn into our own blues.

블루스밴드 Mind, Body & Soul ((마인드바디앤소울)의 첫 번째 앨범.
현재의 대중음악 시장에 깊게 뿌리내린 가장 핵심적인 토양인 블루스를 재료로 한 첫 번째 발걸음에는 많은 땀과 고민이 녹아 있다. 모든 곡은 원테이크 녹음 기법을 통해서 더빙과 테이크를 최소화하고 현장감과 감정에 집중했다.
오래된 방법인 동시에 오히려 새로운 방식으로 기술보다는 음악에 초점을 맞춘 앨범. 수록된 곡들을 하나하나 살펴보면, 이리저리 치이고 빙빙 돌아 많은 시련과 어려움 속에 결국 내 자리에서 조용히, 그러나 토해내듯 하고싶은 이야기를 담았다. 긴 여정의 첫 걸음과 첫 이야기를 담은 태동의 블루스를 담은 노래에 귀 기울여 보자.
