The Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Minnesota Twins 7-4 at Target Field on August 19, 2023. Andrew McCutchen tied the game 2-2 in the sixth inning with a two-RBI single. Shortly after, Ke’Bryan Hayes gave the Pirates the lead with an RBI single. In the seventh inning, Ji Hwan Bae hit an RBI single. To finish the night, Andrew McCutchen hit a three-run home run in the ninth inning to give the Buccos a 7-4 win.
