23° Concorso d'Eleganza Trofeo Salvarola Terme 2023 - Special Guest Registro Italiano Alfa Romeo

In 2023, the 23rd edition of the Concorso d'Eleganza Trofeo Salvarola Terme (MO) was one of the most anticipated events in the long weekend of the Motor Valley Fest. This year the Italian Alfa Romeo Registry was the guest of honour, and a good group of Alfa Romeo cars did not miss their presence despite the unfavourable weather conditions. Three splendid jewels paraded for the public in the class dedicated to pre-war vehicles. We are talking about the 6C 1750 GT Cabriolet James Young (1930), the 6C 1750 GS Cabriolet Castagna (1930) (winner of the Best of Show award) and the 6C 2300 Cabriolet Royal Castagna from 1934. The two Alfa Romeo 6Cs are also spectacular and much admired 2500 SS coupè and Villa d'Este Touring, as well as the centuries-old 1900 Cabriolet and 1900 C Sprint. From the Lopresto collection has come a fantastic Alfa Romeo 2000 Touring Praho, which remained a prototype and was presented at the Turin show in 1960. Siamo giunti nel 2023 alla 23ma edizione del Concorso d'Eleganza Trofeo Salvarola Terme (MO), una degli appuntamenti più attesi nel lungo weekend della Motor Valley Fest. Quest'anno il Registro Italiano Alfa Romeo è stato l'ospite d'onore ed un bel gruppo di vetture del biscione non ha fatto mancare la propria presenza nonostante le condizioni meteo certamente non favorevoli. Nella classe dedicata alle vetture anteguerra, tre splendidi gioielli hanno sfilato per il pubblico. Stiamo parlando della 6C 1750 GT Cabriolet James Young (1930), della 6C 1750 GS Cabriolet Castagna (1930) (vincitrice del premio best of show) e della 6C 2300 Cabriolet Royal Castagna del 1934. Spettacolari e molto ammirate anche le due Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 SS coupè e Villa d'Este Touring, così come le settacolari 1900 Cabriolet e 1900 C Sprint. Dalla collezione Lopresto è giunta una fantastica Alfa Romeo 2000 Touring Praho rimasta un prototipo e presentata al salone di Torino del 1960.
